Job summary

HOAMCO Homeowners Association Management Company seeks a Community Association Manager for our Scottsdale, AZ office. You will manage multiple associations, ensure governance compliance, budgets, contracts, and vendor oversight while delivering excellent customer service to boards and residents.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of community or facility management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility, property, or community management.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage community according to governing docs, management agreements, and contracts.
• Proactive clear communication with BOD, vendors, and internal team.
• Financial acumen and budgeting; prepare budgets and monthly financials; ensure timely payments.
• Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually.
• Regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project oversight.
• Perform administrative duties as needed; stay current with laws and educate boards.
• Additional duties as assigned; support team as needed.
