The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers to enable them to focus on their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and nothing has been missed. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests, manage services, handle mail, support event organization, and ensure the center runs smoothly. You also coordinate with the Community Manager on upcoming events and engage with prospects.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

• A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable
• Confident using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying in and at least 18 years old
