The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their businesses.

A typical day at IWG
  1. Arrive before opening to ensure everything is ready and nothing has been missed.
  2. Assist customers with requests such as WiFi codes, package arrivals, directions, setting up projectors, or finding coffee.
  3. Manage billing and ensure service charges are accurate.
  4. Take a coffee break and relax briefly.
  5. Sort mail and handle additional customer requests, including emailing customers about packages.
  6. Help customers with printing, invoicing, or adjusting room temperatures by opening support tickets.
  7. Meet with the Community Manager to plan upcoming events, send invites, and put up posters.
  8. Engage with prospects interested in joining the community and promote upcoming networking events.
  9. Wrap up the day by managing meeting room activities, directing groups to local restaurants, and tidying up the center.
About you

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build strong relationships and empathize with clients (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience).
  • Ownership-driven, problem-solver.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to change.
  • Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying from and at least 18 years old.
