The Community Associate for Administration unit will be assisting the team with the administrative and clerical support needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
represent and service.
Perform difficult and responsible clerical operations.
Perform daily data entry tasks in Maximo.
Prepare and maintain records, written reports, daily and monthly statistics.
Respond to vendors' questions, help with daily issues and provide guidance on problems that might arise.
Provide administrative support to the unit as appropriate; coordinate meeting schedules and other related tasks as needed.

Qualification Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
