A typical day includes:

• Preparing the center before opening
• Assisting customers with inquiries and requests
• Managing mail and invoices
• Helping organize events and community engagement activities
• Ensuring the center is tidy and welcoming

About you

We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

• A good communicator with at least 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ownership-driven and problem-solving
• Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old
