About the role

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with customers to create and maintain a vibrant community within your center, handling administrative and support needs to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Typical daily activities

1. Opening preparations and ensuring the center is ready for the day.
2. Assisting customers with inquiries, setup, and services throughout the day.
3. Managing mail, invoices, and customer requests.
4. Organizing community events and networking opportunities.
5. Closing the center and ensuring it is tidy for the next day.

About you

• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience (ideally 1+ years).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
