The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle administrative and support needs for your customers to enable them to focus on their businesses.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before the center opens to prepare and ensure everything is in order. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests, manage services and invoicing, and support event planning and community engagement activities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable
  • Confident using MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
