The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work with customers across various industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on their business.

A typical day at IWG

You prepare the center before opening, assist customers with various needs throughout the day, manage services and invoicing, and support event organization and community engagement. You’ll also ensure the center is tidy and welcoming at day’s end.

About You

We seek someone capable of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be a good communicator, empathetic, proactive in problem-solving, adaptable, proficient with MS Office and basic IT, and legally eligible to work in the country.
