The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, where you will assist with all administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before opening to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you assist customers with WiFi, packages, directions, setting up equipment, and billing. You handle mail, customer requests, and coordinate events. You also plan and organize networking events, promote the space, and ensure the center is tidy at day's end.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Proactive in problem-solving and ownership
  • Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable
  • Comfortable with MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
