The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries. Your role is to create and maintain a vibrant community within your center, managing administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on their business.


A typical day at IWG

You arrive before opening to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests, such as WiFi changes, package deliveries, directions, and technical setups. You handle incoming calls, ensure services are billed correctly, and manage mail and other administrative tasks.


You take short breaks to relax. In the afternoon, you collaborate with the Community Manager on upcoming events, prepare invitations and promotional materials, and engage with prospects interested in joining our community. You also help tidy up the center and prepare for the day's end.


At day's end, you coordinate with meeting groups to wrap up and direct them to nearby restaurants. You ensure the space is tidy and ready for the next day before heading home.


About you

We seek someone skilled in multitasking and delivering excellent customer service, with qualities including:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability
  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old
