The Office of the Mayor in New York City is seeking a COMMUNITY ASSOCIATE to support mailroom operations and facilities coordination across Mayor’s Office locations.
You will secure packages, track deliveries with FedEx and UPS, sort mail, handle daily pickup and delivery, and assist with office moves. NYC residency is required; a high school diploma and valid driver’s license are preferred.

The Team You’ll Work With:
The Mayor’s Office of Administrative Services is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Mayor’s Office and agencies under City Hall. Facilities, Construction Management and Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing facilities within all Mayor’s Office locations. Our priorities include but are not limited to space management, office seating, custodial needs, supply requests, records management, and mailroom and messenger service. Our goal is to ensure offices operate efficiently and effectively throughout Mayor’s Office campuses.
