Job summary

HTU seeks a dedicated Community Services Associate to welcome residents, answer questions, and support campus operations. You will help with tours, leasing, events, and daily administrative tasks while promoting safety and inclusive experiences for all residents and guests.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and emergencies is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this on-site role at our Cayce, SC community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and guests.
  • Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests, serving as a knowledgeable resource on community policies and campus services.
  • Participate in leasing and marketing efforts including outreach, social media strategy, tours, and handling inquiries.
  • Develop and implement community activities and events to foster engagement and social connections.
  • Perform administrative duties such as managing resident records, coordinating room assignments, and supporting communication channels.
  • Promote safety by enforcing community policies, reporting issues, and assisting with emergency response protocols.
  • Collaborate with staff and participate in meetings, training, and professional development.
  • Assist in the “turn” process and other responsibilities as needed based on community needs.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation at $13.00 per hour.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Frequently required to stand and walk; continually required to sit, use hand and finger dexterity, talk, and hear.
  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
  • Noise level usually moderate.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
