Job summary

Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, part of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join our community-based team in Windsor, Vermont.

You will provide anesthesia services across diverse procedures and collaborate closely with surgeons and CRNAs to deliver high-quality patient care close to home. Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in NH and VT.
• Experience or interest in both academic and community practice settings.
• Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for adolescent and adult patients.
• Care for general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, ophthalmology, robotics, and more.
• Manage independent cases and perform regional blocks with teams.
• Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, and colleagues to deliver care.
• Join quality, safety, and practice improvement initiatives.
