Valley Regional Hospital is seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join Dartmouth Health’s Department of Anesthesiology. You will provide anesthesia care for adult patients in a community hospital, collaborating with surgeons, CRNAs, and perioperative staff, and contribute to a broad surgical case mix.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Experience or interest in both academic and community practice settings.
• Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for adult and adolescent patients.
• Care for a broad range of surgical cases with general and regional anesthesia.
• Support efficient, high-quality OR operations.
• Develop strong working relationships with surgical and anesthesia colleagues.
• Help ensure access to high-quality anesthesia and surgical care close to home.
• Participate in quality and practice improvement initiatives.
• Maintain opportunities for teaching and mentorship.
