• Serve as the point of contact for persons seeking general support from OFO and conduct comprehensive assessment of need
• Connect individuals with internal and external programs and maintain follow-up to support ongoing access to services
• Share resource and referral information with persons seeking assistance, staff, community members, and professionals as requested
• Represent the agency at community events, meetings, and outreach activities to raise awareness and promote programs and services

Qualifications
