FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Lead/Community Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Community Association business. You’ll handle front desk customer service, greet residents, and address day-to-day concerns.
The role requires coordinating with management, learning the governing documents and rules, logging work requests in Connect, generating and closing work orders, and supporting the Board and residents with timely service.

Hours over and above normal office hours will occur, including evenings, holidays, and some weekends. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
