Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is seeking an Activity Leader II to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Club Challenge in Orange Park, FL.

The role involves planning and facilitating meaningful activities, promoting safe community participation, and helping members achieve goals. The position is part-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with pay at $16.00 per hour.

• Comfortable leading activities, community outings, and small-group interactions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in program schedules and member needs.

• Facilitate person-centered planning with members, staff, and community partners.
• Support members in developing personal goals related to employment, social participation, recreation, daily living skills, and self-advocacy.
• Provide supervision and coaching to strengthen daily living and social skills.
• Promote member independence, dignity, and meaningful participation in activities.
• Maintain attendance, documentation, and program operations; report incidents as required.
