Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or public administration.
• Expertise in community violence intervention, public health, or criminal justice reform.
• Demonstrated track record managing large, complex portfolios of contracts, programs, or service-delivery organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify systemic issues and design operational solutions.
• Experience working in or with government agencies, nonprofit networks, or large-scale social service systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present to senior officials and community stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, politically complex environment.
• Experience overseeing networks of community-based organizations.
• Experience with NYC government contracting, budget systems, or regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of Cure Violence model or evidence-based violence intervention approaches
