Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support a document management platform. You will handle incoming tickets, perform testing and troubleshooting, and help with report and form development.

The role requires 2+ years in app support, SQL and Crystal Reports experience, and strong communication with end users. This is a contract, hybrid position based in Nashville, TN, with pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour.

Description

The client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to help support their document management system. This role will be supporting any incoming ticket around their platform. This individual will perform application testing and troubleshooting for all related systems and applications, report or form creation/modification. They use an older, ticketing system and the team will also be needed to perform updating and patching to the platform.

Currently the team operates at 25-30% first call resolutions. Once ticket is being worked on, the tech will provide change request for cods dept and will need the ability to clearly communicate with the end user. This individual needs to come in having had some low level SQL knowledge (basic queries, proper ways of doing joins, etc), customer facing tech support experience, and experience with Application Troubleshooting- User administration and report generation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
