Job description

  • You will lead and execute communication plans aligned with business priorities and organizational goals
  • Further, you will research audiences and develop strategies to drive engagement and understanding
  • Create and deliver engaging, multi-channel content (video, audio, visual, and written)
  • Ensure all communications meet brand standards for quality, design, messaging, and consistency
  • Manage projects and coordinate internal teams and external partners
  • Also, you will build strong relationships with business teams and promote internal brand awareness
  • And you will maintain intranet content and support consistent communication practices aligned with company standards
  • Measure effectiveness and use insights to improve communications and inform future strategies You will work full-time in the office to support effective communications and collaboration
What Makes You Great
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Bring a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Work independently and collaboratively as a proactive, self-starter
  • Set priorities, solve problems, and remain resourceful under pressure
  • You can apply strong editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to produce high-quality content and meet deadlines
  • And you demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, with a desire to learn and grow
