• Review progress against campaign deadlines, reach targets, and agreed objectives.
• Support the planning and implementation of internal communications initiatives.
• Communicate media guidelines and updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Help ensure brand compliance and business requirement guidelines are followed.
• Prepare communication summaries and recommendations for leadership review.

We're looking for a Communications Specialist in Springdale, AR to oversee day-to-day messaging channels, coordinate internal and external content workflows, and help ensure that engagement goals are met efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily communication schedules and coordinate priorities across media channels
• Establish and maintain messaging standards that support consistent brand voice
• Monitor audience engagement, review campaign analytics, and track communication metrics
• Identify message gaps and recommend improvements to existing content strategies
• Coordinate release schedules, assets, and copywriting to support campaign objectives
• Work with department leads to address PR inquiries and remove editorial bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate media lists, content archives, and performance documentation
• Review progress against campaign deadlines, reach targets, and agreed objectives
