As a Communications Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Communications Department supporting strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Job Title: Communications Specialist
Location: Hybrid -US: Raleigh / Durham, San Jose, Austin, Atlanta (1 day per week in office.
Pay Range: $65-75/hr DOE
What's the Job?
- Develop, refine, and deliver clear and compelling communications for internal stakeholders and external partners within the Strategic Supplier Program.
- Lead the creation and presentation of leadership-level communication presentations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with program leadership to synchronize delivery milestones with strategic messaging and engagement efforts.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all communication materials to reinforce program goals and foster strong relationships.
- Utilize tools such as PowerPoint to enhance content quality and presentation effectiveness, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or sales environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Microsoft 365 Apps) and digital content creation tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for brainstorming, outlining, or streamlining workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments managing multiple stakeholders.
