Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Representative to join our team. This role is vital in promoting our company’s mission, values, and objectives through effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance organizational visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Create, edit, and manage a range of communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and insights for communication initiatives and programs.
Monitor and respond to media inquiries while building strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
Execute social media campaigns, track engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Organize and support community outreach initiatives, events, and workshops to promote organizational objectives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications role or similar position, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Experience with content creation, including graphic design or video editing skills is a plus.
