Job summary

The Brentwood Baptist Church is seeking an Account Manager to oversee project-related functions for the Communications Department across campuses. You will manage ministry accounts, coordinate budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of major messages and channels.

You will partner with the Marketing Operations Director, Communications Director, and Digital Strategy to define scope, track progress, and maintain clear communication with ministry teams and campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or project management.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies for traditional and non-traditional media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data management and organizational abilities.
• Punctual, confidential, and able to work with diverse ministry teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for campus ministry accounts and major messages.
• Assist directors in determining project scope and final deliverables.
• Prepare project budgets and broad cost estimates.
• Manage schedules, invoicing, quotes, and project records.
• Facilitate creative meetings between ministries and Communications team.
• Coordinate print shop and vendor relationships as needed.
• Publish weekly campus bulletins and internal communications.
• Maintain regular communication to update ministries on status.
