Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, or journalism preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in PR, communications, or journalism.
• Strong writing portfolio and media relations experience.
• Experience drafting press materials and handling media interviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications and PR strategies.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national media.
• Write feature stories, press releases, and media materials.
• Create, edit, and produce video scripts and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and community teams.
• Support crisis communication planning and reputation management.
• Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement.
• Develop and manage editorial calendars and storytelling pipelines.
• Monitor media coverage and report on outcomes.
