Knowledgeable in the efficient operation of the hospital's console. Professionally and promptly answers incoming calls; transfers callers as appropriate; answers questions from callers in accordance with established hospital policy. Takes and relays messages. Receives calls from caller/patient in professional and courteous manner, and relates to physician complete and accurate information pertaining to the call received.
