Other Required Skills: A good memory is very helpful in order to expedite the calls quickly. Being accurate with numbers is a must. Being articulate is important.

Supervision Given: No supervision or direction of others required
Supervision Received: Works under general supervision in performing routine assignments, referring unusual or more difficult situations to immediate supervisor.

The minimum starting rate for this position is $16.50
