Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking a dedicated patient communications specialist to coordinate all hospital communications, operate paging systems, and support on-call physicians.

You will answer the 88 line, deploy pagers, attend departmental meetings, and manage HIT requests during on-call periods; a high school diploma is required with one year of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or hospital setting.
• Typing speed 30 wpm preferred and basic computer skills required.

• Utilize the overhead and digital paging system.
