Job summary

Clean Power Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Communications and Marketing to join our fast-paced team. You will coordinate content from across the organization, manage calendars, proofread materials, and support outreach and enrollment efforts for the Green Leader program.

This role partners with the Senior Director and multiple teams, engages external stakeholders, and helps ensure accurate, timely communications while maintaining project documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in communications, administration, or project management.
• Administrative experience with large teams or departments preferred.
• Experience in an organization's communications environment.

Responsibilities

• Communications coordination: coordinate meetings, calendars, promotions inventory, and databases to keep projects on schedule.
• Event planning and coordination: provide end-to-end event support from research to post-event reporting.
• Program coordination: manage outreach and enrollment for CPA's Green Leader program and track data.
• Project and contracts coordination: assist with contract content, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Administrative & process documentation: maintain procedures, records, and compliance.
• Operational coordination: ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and stakeholder communication.
• Research and coordinate PR opportunities: identify awards, events, and paid media placements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
