Job summary

The University at Buffalo is seeking a Communications Manager for the GLRC STREAM project at the RENEW Institute. This role translates complex Great Lakes research into accessible content for policymakers, stakeholders, and the public, while managing newsletters and website materials.

You will liaise with DEC and other agencies, prepare reports, and support education by adapting materials for K-12 curricula. A strong editing background and 2–3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience and education.
  • This is a full-time RF Professional position with 37.5 work hours per week under the Research Foundation.
