Job summary

Covista, America's leading healthcare educator, seeks a Senior Manager for Flagship Initiatives & Community Investment to lead strategic impact and community programs. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and cultivate partnerships with NGOs and local stakeholders.

The role emphasizes operational execution, program delivery excellence, and staff development within a hybrid schedule, four in-office days weekly, across Covista's mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in social impact, sustainability, community development or program management with operational leadership.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Experience with NGOs and community partnerships.
• Experience guiding junior staff with strong PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and operational frameworks.
• Lead day-to-day execution and management of impact initiatives and community programs.
• Manage project implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain relationships with community partners, NGOs and local stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and development support to team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with policies and standards.
