  • Provide frontline IT desktop support including Eduroam connectivity, software installation, printer setup, and malware troubleshooting.
  • Maintain CMAST website and support event communication and logistical coordination.
  • Collaborate with CALS, CVM, COS, ORI, and university partners for strategic promotion.

  • Position is full-time, 12-month recurring appointment with Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.
