Job summary

Britebound is a national nonprofit based in Boston, MA, seeking a Communications Fellow for the Thought Leadership team. This six-month, part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) supports national communications efforts and requires strong organizational skills and PR experience.

You will manage calendars, produce notes, monitor media, and help keep editorial plans on track, enabling strategy-focused work. Hybrid in Boston with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in PR, communications, journalism, or political science; internships or hands-on comms work.
• Strong administrative/detail execution capabilities and discretion.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own calendar coordination and scheduling for the Thought Leadership team.
• Produce meeting notes and same-day readouts to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Manage intake logging and routing for incoming requests.
• Monitor media coverage relevant to our work.
• Maintain and update editorial calendar in Asana.
• Provide execution and follow-through to let the team focus on strategy.
