Britebound is seeking a Communications Fellow to support our Thought Leadership team with national-level communications. This six-month, part-time role is based in Boston and offers up to 20 hours per week.

• Experience in PR, communications, journalism, or political science with internships.
• Familiar with Google Workspace; ability to learn Asana.
• Can turn around notes/readouts the same day.
• Discretion handling sensitive executive information.

Responsibilities

• Own calendar coordination and scheduling for the Thought Leadership team.
• Produce meeting notes and same-day readouts to keep stakeholders aligned in real time.
• Manage intake logging and routing for incoming requests.
• Monitor media coverage relevant to our work.
• Maintain and update our editorial calendar in Asana.
• Provide the execution and follow-through that lets our team focus on strategy.
