Riverstone Logistics (RLX) is seeking a Communications Operations Specialist to support logistics, production, and internal communications. You will help coordinate vendor shipments, manage inventory of branded materials, and assist with event planning and campaign production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site errands, mailings, and vendor shipments on a weekly cadence.
• Support procurement efforts including vendor research, communication, and order management.
• Assist with product ordering, tracking, and distribution.
• Maintain shared communications and campaign calendar.
• Coordinate timelines to prevent overlap and ensure proper sequencing.
• Own and maintain inventory of branded materials and organize storage.
• Track and fulfill internal requests (onsite gear, onboarding kits).
• Assist with printing, cutting, assembling, and preparing materials.
• Pull and maintain reports related to programs and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing internal events and experiences.
• Foster cross-team alignment and follow-through on shared initiatives.
