Job summary

Synergy Family Services seeks an Outreach Manager to lead our outreach team, design strategies for community engagement across all services, and oversee communications, newsletters, social media, and website content to maintain a consistent message.

You will develop short- and long-term goals for outreach, measure performance, monitor the outreach budget, aggregate data, and report outcomes to support organizational growth while delivering culturally proficient, strengths-based care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and lead community outreach initiatives.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills, autonomy, and data-driven decision making.
