Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer for the Salesforce Professional Services Organization. You will create visual, accessible designs across web graphics, slides, campaign assets, and editorial content while upholding brand standards.

Bring 5+ years in design, a strong portfolio, and expertise in Adobe CC, Figma, and Google Slides. You’ll work with editors, video producers, strategists, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• 5+ years in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio rooted in content strategy and UX.
• Expertise in Adobe CC, Figma and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accessible, user-centered design across formats.
• Own end-to-end design from intake to QA.
• Apply visual hierarchy to editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers and stakeholders.
• Translate needs and user research into compelling visuals.
• Maintain Salesforce brand consistency and evolve templates.
• Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Provide design feedback, mentor others, enforce standards.
• Stay current with design trends and accessibility tools.
