The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in communications or related field and at least three years of experience, with strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Waxahachie, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related field preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in related field.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design for district publications.
• Video production for district initiatives.
• Assist with writing copy for brochures and publications produced by Public Relations department.
• Read copy to detect errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
• Assisting with production, publication, and distribution of district publications and news releases.
• Take photographs for district publications, presentations, and displays; record meetings or programs (video and audio).
