At Vylor, we’re advancing agriculture through breakthrough science—combining elite germplasm, cutting‑edge biotech, and next‑generation expertise in gene editing and molecular breeding. Our portfolio includes trusted industry brands like Pioneer®, Brevant®, and Hoegemeyer®, delivering performance farmers rely on.

Join us to help scale innovation globally and shape what’s next in crop science.

Who are we and what do we do?

Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026; this planned separation is subject to multiple conditions, including final approval of the transaction by its board of directors. It is Corteva’s current intention, should the separation occur, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation.

At Vylor, we believe that innovation can transform agriculture, and with it, the world. This belief – in the power of science to advance agriculture and help farmers feed and fuel a growing population – is our North Star. From food security to energy security, powered by groundbreaking technology, elite germplasm and an advanced product portfolio, Vylor is uniquely positioned to help solve some of the world’s toughest challenges.

As a member of our global enterprise communications team, the Communications Consultant will provide day‑to‑day support to the Vylor brand, content and digital lead, helping advance corporate social media, website content governance, brand application and related enterprise communications priorities.

Location: Johnston, Iowa, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or Indianapolis, Indiana.

  • Support website content management and publishing processes by keeping content current, accurate and aligned with enterprise communications priorities, brand standards and editorial guidance.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across marketing, R&D, legal, HR and other functions to gather input, confirm accuracy, route materials for review and support timely content updates.
  • Help prepare, edit, proofread and organize digital content for corporate social media, the website and other internal and external channels.
  • Support consistent brand application across Vylor’s digital ecosystem, working under the guidance of the Brand, Content and Digital lead to help ensure materials reflect Vylor standards.
  • Develop and maintain brand training materials, resources and supporting documentation under the guidance of the brand, content and digital lead.
  • Provide project support for brand and content initiatives that strengthen awareness, understanding and adoption of the Vylor brand.
  • Help maintain Vylor’s Brand Center by supporting updates, organizing resources and making brand tools and assets easier to find and use.
  • Other ad‑hoc enterprise communications activities and projects.

  • Effective collaborator who can work with subject matter experts and internal partners to gather input, route materials for review and help shape clear, accurate communications and website content.
  • Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment and ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize workstreams, manage timelines, track details, meet deadlines and follow through on multiple priorities with appropriate guidance.
