Job description

Join Vylor—Powering the Future of Agriculture

At Vylor, we’re advancing agriculture through breakthrough science—combining elite germplasm, cutting-edge biotech, and next-generation expertise in gene editing and molecular breeding. Our portfolio includes trusted industry brands like Pioneer®, Brevant®, and Hoegemeyer®, delivering performance farmers rely on.

Join us to help scale innovation globally and shape what’s next in crop science.

Who are we and what do we do?

Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026; this planned separation is subject to multiple conditions, including final approval of the transaction by its board of directors. It is Corteva’s current intention, should the separation occur, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation.

The Vylor innovation engine will be anchored in the agriculture industry’s most elite germplasm and transformative biotech. The company will leverage its next generation scientific expertise in disciplines like gene editing and molecular breeding to further strengthen its core business while exploring opportunities to expand to new row crops – and potentially beyond. Vylor will scale these innovations using its leading routes-to-market and by significantly expanding its licensing business.

As an SAP Business Process Expert (BPE) you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of SAP software solutions supporting the Finance function, possessing deep knowledge of specific SAP modules related to financial accounting, closing and planning processes, as well as their integration with other business processes. The SAP BPE will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements. This role requires a strong understanding of Corporate Consolidation and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities – How will you help us Grow!
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP system enhancements.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP solutions, including system configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues during critical month- and year-end closing periods.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of SAP modules with other systems.
  • Stay current with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert on SAP functionality.
Education and Experience - What you will bring to the table!
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA modules including BPC Optimized, BW4, Central Finance and FI/CO.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting SAP solutions in a complex business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • SAP certification(s) preferred but not required.
