Network for Hope (NFH) in Louisville, KY is seeking a Communications Associate to craft engaging internal communications and support external messaging across our website, social channels, and press materials.

You will write and edit copy, create graphics, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with teams and partners to tell NFH's story and advance our mission of saving and enhancing lives through organ and tissue donation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications or related field.
• 1-2 years in communications, marketing, PR, or similar role.
• Proficiency with design software (InDesign/Illustrator/Canva) and common CMS/social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create internal newsletters, intranet articles, and signs; support Communications Manager.
• Draft press materials and external submissions for industry audiences.
• Develop social media and website content in collaboration with partners.
• Coordinate communication schedules and support events.
• Maintain brand voice and align with NFH guidelines.
