Network for Hope is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Associate to help tell our nonprofit's story. The role supports internal communications to keep employees informed, connected, and aligned with our goals, and contributes to external communications through website content, social media, and press materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field required or extensive work experience in lieu of education.
• 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or similar role (internships included).
• Familiar with common creative design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) and MS Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit internal communications materials (newsletters, intranet articles, TV signage).
• Draft press releases, abstracts, and external submissions for industry audiences.
• Support social media and website content with a robust calendar.
• Coordinate communication plans and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain internal brand alignment and consistency across channels.
