Network for Hope is seeking a Family Support Coordinator to guide donor families with compassion through the organ donation process. You will respond to referrals, coordinate with hospital teams, and support families before and after donation.

As a Family Support Coordinator (FSC), you will play an essential role in guiding families through the delicate process of organ, tissue, and eye donation. Through your support, you will be instrumental in helping families make informed decisions, offering compassion and understanding every step of the way.
Education: College degree (Associate or Bachelor's level) in allied health, education, business, sales or marketing, pastoral care, psychology or related field required. Extensive experience and healthcare certifications may substitute for education requirements and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Experience: Experience in marketing, communication, teaching, health care, counseling, pastoral career other public service-related required. Hospice care, bereavement counseling, pastoral counseling, social work, organ or tissue donation and other helping professions are examples of the training and experience relevant to this position.
