Kate Spade New York is hiring an Associate Manager, Communications in New York, NY. This role reports to Senior Manager, PR and Senior Manager, Influencer, driving brand buzz and cultural conversations across media relations, influencer engagement, events, and social initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage external PR partnerships, craft press materials, and oversee gifting and sample processes while collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• College degree; 3–5 years of experience in Communications, PR or Marketing (in-house and/or agency).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with fashion/retail media landscape and social/digital trends.

Responsibilities

• Support media relations and VIP/influencer activities.
• Develop press materials and storytelling angles for outlets.
• Coordinate events, guest lists, assets, and post-event recaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative briefs and global requests.
