Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Communications and Change Management Project Manager in North Chicago, IL (Remote) to lead end-to-end change programs and internal communications for a global life sciences leader.

You will partner with senior leadership to craft executive messaging, drive organizational alignment, and design multi-channel communication plans that accelerate adoption and strengthen our culture across teams.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience leading change management, internal communications, or corporate project management initiatives.
• Proven track record of developing and executing structured change management strategies within complex, matrixed global environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing executive-level communication support, executive presentation design, and high-visibility event planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $85 - 95 per hour
