• Six (6) months prior experience as Communications Systems Operator or Call Center, Customer Service, Switchboard, Receptionist.
• Must have ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers.

PREFERRED:

• One (1) year hospital based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
