Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Communications Technician in the United States to install, operate, and maintain communications and remote monitoring systems, provide field support for deployments, and respond to service calls and work orders.

The ideal candidate holds an EnGenius Certified Network Specialist certification, a high school diploma (college degree a plus), and 1–2 years of technical team experience with hands-on installation of internet, telecom, intercom, satellite, or remote monitoring

Qualifications

• EnGenius Certified Network Specialist required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college diploma or equivalent considered an asset.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working within technical teams preferred.
• Experience installing internet, cable, intercom, telecom, satellite, or remote monitoring equipment is an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as a Communications Technician or in a related role for Tech II.
• Minimum of 6 months of satisfactory performance at the Communications Technician I level.
