We have multiple locations for Merchandising Interns, in the interview process, you will be asked for your location preference between Omaha, Nebraska and Overland Park, Kansas.

What to Expect During the Hiring Process

At Scoular, we try to keep the hiring process straightforward and communicate with you every step of the way. Most Intern and Pathways positions are filled during the fall recruiting season, with the majority of offers extended between September and November. Most candidates can expect to complete the interview process within a few weeks, though timing may vary based on the role and recruiting volume. Our recruiting team will keep you informed throughout the process and you will hear from us regardless if you are not selected.

After the Internship:

Our goal is to hire our interns permanently after they graduate into a full-time position and as part of our Pathways Development Program.This program is a two-year development program designed just for new graduates like you!You'lldive into an immersive, fast-paced learning experience that combines diverse hands-on opportunities, active networking, and continuous education. By the end of the program,you’llnot only have a comprehensive understanding of Scoular's business but also the confidence and skills to seize endless possibilities within.
