Job summary

American Solutions for Business seeks an experienced analyst to oversee commissions administration, rebates, and profit-split processing for sales associates and third parties. You will ensure accuracy, timely payments, and strong internal controls while supporting continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities include managing monthly commission totals, payroll splits, SSPV setup, and providing training and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance or business with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and technical accounting skills.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to set up worksheets for analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prepare, and process gross commission and rebate totals monthly.
• Maintain payroll split agreements and related ledgers.
• Provide training and guidance to new sales associates on commissions and reports.
• Monitor SSPV setup, calculations, and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare third party commission payments monthly, quarterly, and as needed.
• Post journal entries related to commissions and payroll accurately.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting for sales associates and home office personnel.
• Assist in reviewing gross profit, commissions, and related general ledger balances.
