Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in any field.
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationships.
• Basic understanding of the commission process.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
• One year of customer service and/or data entry experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills.
• Able to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full commission process from receipt to payout coordination.
• Download, format, import, verify commission reports; upload to the Ritter Agent Payment system.
• Verify accuracy of internal systems and coordinate payments with the Accounting Manager.
• Provide formatted reports per accounting requirements; perform quarterly debt calculations.
• Resolve escalated commission issues with Broker Operations; provide customer service to agents.
• Create Service Requests (SRs) to track agent issues; ensure proper issue resolution.
• Cross-train on various duties; assist Supervisor as needed.
